Brief description / Stellenbeschreibung

You are responsible for the organization and administration of all customer service matters related to our Customer Services Center, Pricing and Complaints Handling. Furthermore you are supporting Regional- and Head office in analyzing and implementing our fare structures. You are firm in budgeting, responsible to maintain our service standards, meet our targets and comply with internal and industry regulations. You analyze the daily workflow and propose changes to further improve our customer service and customer experience. Furthermore you are a link to all departments in Germany and worldwide. 

Your profile / Ihr Profil

After your bachelor degree, you already gathered at least 6 years of experience in a similar position in the air travel industry with substantial staff leadership skills. Written and spoken English and German language skills are your daily routine. You are service minded and possess the relevant intuition to deal with several and most different internal and external business partners. You convince as a team player with a strong personality, communication and decision making skills and sustain high stress levels with a clear mind.
