Brief description / Stellenbeschreibung

  • Sell and promotes actively and efficiently Swiss WorldCargo’s products and capacities at the highest yield possible
  • Flight- and Truck-Disposition of the SWC network ex Germany
  • Secure customer service on a high quality level
  • Support Sales (especially the Nordic Countries) with their Sales and Marketing Promotions
  • Create Adhoc Rates and perform Pre-Bookings in Coordination with Indoor Sales
  • Keep Data Quality in SwissWorx on an High Level and ensure all needed Information are updated any time

Your profile / Ihr Profil

  • Execution of bookings from agents/shippers
    Acceptance of booking requests via phone, email or fax
    deliver fast confirmation of requests according decisions of revenue management ZRH towards the customer
  • Participation at Telemarketing – campaigns to sell avbl. capacity
    Manage ADHOCs and last minute selling, considering the given parameters
  • Focus on upgrade sales to special products (XPS, VAL etc.)
  • Flight- and Truck-Disposition
    Ordering of trucks
    Preparation of ULD disposition and handover to handling agents
    Preparation of booking lists and handover to handling agents
  • Secure customer service on a high quality level
    Information to customers about irregularities combined with investigation  about reason and implementation of corrective measures
  • General administration
    Working on all incoming orders/requests/information (Fax, email, letter etc.)
    Q handling
  • Participate to trainings when required (local & abroad)
  • Cooperate closely with local organization (FN, FS, FT, AC)
  • Support FN with the implementation of Sales Plan, its strategies and promotion activities.
  • Be updated with INTRANET news, pull-out information

Our profile / Unser Profil

Requirements

  • German mother tongue, English written and spoken
  • PC software, internet and e-applications knowledge
  • Experience in air cargo business and market know-how
  • Open minded and positive attitude
  • High degree of flexibility and resistance to stress (shift work / late and weekend shifts are evident in this function)
  • High team spirit
  • Be discrete (VAL business) and work focused to given objectives and priorities
  • Team player with intercultural awareness, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • High customer orientation, target-oriented and structured
