About The Role:

In this role, you will help enhance the customer service provided by QR Cargo and have a quick point of contact for queries, information and concerns. You will provide Cargo Inside Sales and Customer Service functions including interaction with customers for both Import and Export Cargo. Create maximum awareness of QR Cargo products and services to customers. Secure proper Operational, Sales and Customer Service Support to enable station to meet the Cargo Targets; while Recommend desired changes requested by customers with proper justification in order to contribute continuously in improving QR cargo service levels Handle inquiries/ problems encountered by the QR Cargo Clients

About You:

You must be a minimum High School Graduate and a Bachelor’s Degree holder or higher are strongly preferred. You will ideally be certified at an expert/Advanced level on MS Office. A minimum of 5 years in the Airline/Cargo/Air Freight industry is required, with 2 of those years in a Sales/Service environment. You must have excellent business acumen in English and German, and have a customer centric personality and attitude. You will also ideally come with experience using Cargo Reservations and Tracking Systems.
