Provide Sales and Servicing support for preferred station, effectively support the sales force to achieve and maximise the revenue targets. Create maximum awareness of QR’s products and services to provide reservation & ticketing support to customers where necessary.

  • Work on a rotation/cross-skilled basis on following functions:
  • Ticketing for non IATA travel agencies (groups and individual bookings)
  • Qatar Embassy Sales/ticketing
  • Sales & Support direct corporate account
  • Trade Servicing support
  • Non revenue ticketing (staff duty travel and refund/FOC/famtrip/interline/customer relation EMD)
  • Provide Sales and Servicing support to direct customers travel /trade (in Dutch language) maximising revenue for these clients.
  • Handle Group activities for Germany and Austria countries from A to Z – quotations / bookings / change / ticketing / invoicing / follow up of offers.
  • Act as interface for referrals made by WRO CC to German stations.
  • Control Cash flow to ensure sales reports are closed on due time.
  • Support German Sales department on technical queries relating to reservations procedures.
  • Assist Finance for tariffs/ticketing requests.
  • Update profile of FFP Privilege Club Support via QLAS/make bookings, upgrades, change of redemption tickets.
  • IBE booking support.
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Deliver high quality services and provide accurate information in respect with QR rule
  • Achieve agreed KPI’s
  • Minimize cost and avoid revenue loss by optimizing fare calculation and avoiding ADA

  • Assume duties and others responsibilities assigned by Management
  • Assist in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption affecting Qatar Airways or its subsidiaries, including support of the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program.
