Saudia Airlines

Saudia started operation in 1945 with a DC3 and is the oldest airline in the Gulf region.
Saudia is a member of the SKYTEAM and currently serving 90 destinations in 37 countries with a fleet of 149 aircraft. Saudia carried 31.2 million passengers in 2018.
The airline is undergoing a transformation program, improving service and quality and would reach its goals of having the most young and modern fleet of 200 aircraft by end of year 2020.
From Frankfurt and Munich Saudia operates a modern 320 aircraft with lie-flat seats in business class and upgraded inflight entertainment with individual screens also in guest class (economy).
During summer months Saudia deploy wide-bodied A330 and B777 aircraft to accommodate the high demand.
A further milestone will be the opening of new King Abdul Aziz International Airport. Commencement of full operation of this state of the art home base for Saudia is scheduled for 2nd half of 2019.
