The BARIG Charges Committee is focusing on all relevant aspects of airport and infrastructure charges according to §19b Air Traffic Act.
Also, fees and taxes which are imposed by the airports and the Federal States in Germany are under constant review. The committee consolidates the major aspects and developments on these costs and clear targets for more transparency in charge setting and strong efficiency programs. Furthermore, BARIG negotiates on behalf of the member carriers the §19b charges as well as all other relevant charges of airport-related infrastructures.
