BARIG Organizational Structure

The organizational structure of BARIG is very lean and the BARIG management office focuses on its members' top priorities. Since resources are planned carefully the BARIG team has clear targets and directions.

BARIG Management Office

The BARIG management office is headed by the Executive Director and a core team with specialized managers and responsibilities. The team is taking care of the general office duties and administration, coordinates the internal committees and all internal member communication as well as external communication to e.g. journalists and media. The legal advisor conducts follows up on the numerous legal discussions on political topics and regulations with the German Federal Government and on the European Commission level. The BARIG Manager for economic affairs takes care of all airport-related topics, dealing with airport charges, processes and general infrastructure issues.
