• Founded in 2001, Value Group offers a complete range of services through a state-of-the-art integrated system.

  We specialize in high quality and cost efficient solutions for IROPs management and Crew Care.
  VG operates as an all-in-one solution provider for hotel accommodation (HOTAC), ground transportation, refreshments and in-person assistance at the airports, through our unique and exclusive VG Lounge service, fully dedicated to disrupted passengers.

  Through its vast Partners network and with the aid of our 24/7 Operations Department ran by a Team of 50+ operators from all over the World, VG offers the aforementioned services both on emergency basis (any type of irregular operation including cancellations, diversions, long delays, misconnections/short connections, overbooking, etc…) as well as for scheduled services (Crew Management and Duty Travel).
  
  VG started offering Crew HOTAC and ground transportation services all over the World as early as 2001. In 2004, when European Regulation 261/04 was instated in Europe, Value Group dedicated its effort to finding innovative IROPs management solutions to Airlines, with the main aim of recovering passenger experience during such critical events. The intuition came from the 20+ years experience in the Aviation sector and especially from the Ground OPS background of the Founders, whom realized in full the importance of safeguarding passengers and the image of Airlines while at the same time providing effective and swift logistics solutions during critical events (namely, irregular operations).
