COMMERCIAL AGENT (TICKETING AND BACK OFFICE)

As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our network, we are excited to invite a dedicated Airline Commercial Agent to join our esteemed team in Germany.

Main duties

The Commercial Agent will be primarily responsible for managing ticketing operations and executing back office tasks efficiently. This role is vital for ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate booking, ticket issuance, and handling customer inquiries with precision and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute ticketing operations, including reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Provide back office support, managing documentation, processing refunds, and handling reissues with attention to detail.
• Assist in resolving customer service inquiries, offering solutions that meet customer needs while adhering to company guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fare rules, airline policies, and travel regulations to ensure accurate information is provided to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, identifying and implementing process improvements where necessary.

Required experience

  • Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the German travel market and consumer behavior.
  • Proficient with MS Office and familiar with CRM systems, knowledge of GDS and Reservation systems like Amadeus is a plus.
