This position serves as a core analytical and strategic execution function within the EMEA Marketing & Sales department for the TC2 region.

Main duties

Primary Job Functions
1. Long/Mid-term Strategy and Sales Target Planning
• Proactively contribute to the development of concrete and strategic plans by providing a data-driven perspective (market data, revenue analysis, competitive trends, etc.) when establishing fundamental EMEA Marketing & Sales strategies (e.g., "EMEA MS Plan").
• Formulate and coordinate highly feasible plans for the semi-annual Sales Targets and Expense Budgets for the entire TC2 region, in collaboration with Headquarters and various EMEA departments.
2. Sales Target and Budget Management
• Manage the entire TC2 region's Sales Targets and Expense Budgets, conducting monthly variance analysis to identify early corrective measures and ultimately lead to the achievement of year-end sales goals and expense budgets.
• Ensure strict implementation of the internal approval process related to budget application and execution.
3. Revenue Reporting and Strategic Analysis
• Produce diverse analytical reports on a weekly and monthly basis and provide them to management and relevant departments (Headquarters and various EMEA teams) to achieve sales targets.
• Utilize advanced data sources, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business Intelligence (BI), for all analytical report creation.
• Conduct extensive data analysis—including past performance (Flown), market environment research (competitor movements, etc.), and revenue forecasting (Forecast)—by frequently cross-referencing various data sources to extract deep insights that support strategic decision-making.

Secondary Job Functions
1. Analytical Database Administration and Operation
• Be responsible for the daily administration and operation of various analytical databases (e.g., Brain, Amateras, DDS, Travel Intelligence, BI), ensuring data integrity and stable system functionality.
2. Communication and Relationship Building
• Build and maintain amicable relationships with both internal stakeholders (various EMEA teams/branch offices and Headquarters departments) and external stakeholders (e.g., Joint Venture partners), ensuring smooth operational coordination and consensus-building.
• Facilitate information sharing among stakeholders (proactive use and management of the ANA Portal, regular information dissemination, etc.).
3. Project Management and Tool Development Support
• Plan and manage sales and marketing-related promotions and projects.
• Execute the new development, feature enhancement, and continuous maintenance of sales tools (e.g., Tableau, Studio AI/BI tools) driven by the EMEA RM department.
• Actively provide technical support and training to EMEA team members, enabling them to utilize these tools proactively and effectively.
• Drive the identification and resolution of sales issues across the entire EMEA region through coordination with individual EMEA teams and Headquarters.
Others
• Compliance with local and national laws and regulations.
• Complete other functions.

Required experience

  • • Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel (Google Spreadsheets) and MS PowerPoint (Google Slides).
  • • Strong analytical and quantitative skills: Ability to clean, manipulate, and analyze large volumes of raw data (using Excel Pivot tables, formulas, or AI/BI tools, etc.) to uncover business insights and root causes.
  • • Strong communication and presentation capabilities to translate intricate analytical findings into clear, highly effective professional presentation materials (PowerPoint) that facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • • Skill and knowledge of Airline sales and/or travel industries, such as the knowledge of various databases (e.g., DDS, etc.), are preferable.
  • • Self-starter with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude, strong logical reasoning, high flexibility, and a collaborative team mindset.
  • • Friendly character and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • • High flexibility and the ability to multitask and work effectively under stressful situations.
