Job description
-Telephone support and care of existing customers in the office
-New customer acquisition by telephone
-Creation and management of statistics
-Freight reservation and space control
-Documentary handling of air freight shipments import/export
-Monitoring compliance with DGR regulations
-Coordination of air freight shipments in truck traffic
Main duties
Required experience
- Enjoy selling and dealing with customers
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Confident telephone communication
- Team spirit
- Airport work experience desired but no a must
