Job description
We are now looking for a full-time Operations Supervisor HHN (m/f/d) to join our team at Hahn Airport.
Acts as a single point of contact between the station and the HUB Operations Control Center by coordinating and reporting on the status of the aircraft all while ensuring that the safety and company procedures are carried out. Coordinating with the GHA in order to ensure sufficient resources are allocated for aircraft turnaround.

Main duties
- Communication with local sales and reservations team regarding shipments booked for upcoming flights.- Verifying the planned buildup and loading procedures for special cargo with the Cargo Operations Engineering Dept.
- Compiling and sending of FBL as well as any special buildup instructions to the Cargo Handler.
- Supervision of the buildup process and verification that the buildup is done according to the company requirement
- Aircraft Turnaround Co-ordination on the ramp
- Issuing a turnaround report
Required experience
- Completed apprenticeship or professional experience in the freight-forwarding / airline industry
- good knowledge of english and german
- Able to provide clear and concise communication to the respective party
- Keen perception and highly organized
- Safety oriented work ethic
- Detail oriented and organized
- Must be able to pass an airport security clearance
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be legally authorized to work in Germany. The company will not sponsor visa applicants.
