Main duties
The Future Workforce Stream Driver (m/w/d) as part of the “Route 166” Program is responsible for for driving and leading the development and execution of Future Workforce strategies and initiatives. This role plays a fundamental part in enabling our growth path on the workforce side, ensuring the right resources and skill sets for the future company setup. This position includes working closely with the HR Director to ensure seamless integration HR processes, operations, and ongoing initiatives, while ensuring alignment across teams and departments to achieve program objectives. It requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide the organization on its growth journey.Required experience
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement new stream initiatives.
- Develop and execute a future workforce roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Analyze the future workforce framework and guide development of future workforce skills
- Develop future-proof and innovative solutions for recruitment, including MPL, cabin and cockpit crew, and technicians that align with the company’s long-term growth.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce by implementing recruitment strategies that attract talent from diverse backgrounds and regions.
- Support the company succession planning process to ensure a pipeline of future leaders, particularly in new business initiatives.
- Guide new workspace and office setup requirements for 2030 and beyond
- Oversee change management to foster a “166 Culture”.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and digitalization initiatives to enhance HR operations.
- Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years in HR management, change management or project management (airline industry experience preferred).
- Excellent strategic planning abilities
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
